The Physical Body [Kino]

Kino is the Hawaiian word for the physical body. It is the vehicle or residence of the two consciousnesses, Uhane and Unihipili, or the conscious and subconscious minds on earth. The original form for your kino was made on the spiritual level by your Aumakua or Higher Self. The DNA of your body is the physical programming of your Higher Self for your Kino.

Kino is constantly being renewed. This is a scientific fact. Your red blood cells replenish themselves every 28 days. Your liver regenerates itself every six months. You have a completely new body every seven years. You are literally not the same person you were seven years ago. Your kino can change instantly through spontaneous healing.

What exactly is the “physical body?” Physicians, psychologists, and metaphysicians, with the help of quantum physics agree that the body is really a contained form of energy. The dynamic systems that flow through the body are energy systems. Dr. Sherwin Nuland – author of “Health from Death to Life” – says, “the body is a unity that understands the importance of harmony and is always striving for that harmony”.

The ancient kahuna understood that the kino is an “intensely energized thought form”. The root words for kino mean “a bundle of force, concentrated thought, to take form or develop.” Another way to express this concept is to say that your body is your own creation and that it responds to your thoughts and emotions. Your kino, as it is today, is the outward expression of your past thoughts.

Your true body is a body of Light. It is this Light that forms the pattern for your physical body. The more you express the spiritual in your every day life, the more Light shines through your physical body. If you are not happy with your body, why do you keep on re-creating it the same way? You can change your body! You can heal your body!

Through the practice of Huna, negative patterns can be reprogrammed or transmuted to positive patterns, which in turn transform your kino. Meditation changes your kino. Laughter and happiness cause wonderful changes in your kino. Take charge of your thoughts, your actions, your emotions and create the kino you desire.
